The hydraulic system of large heavy machinery is the core of power transmission. The cleanliness of hydraulic oil directly determines the service life of precision components such as hydraulic pumps and hydraulic cylinders. This hydraulic oil-specific filter is specially designed for equipment such as loaders and bulldozers. It adopts the "multi-stage filtration and high-efficiency impurity removal" technology to precisely deal with residual metal wear debris, seal debris and oxidized impurities in the hydraulic oil. The filter material is made of a combination of imported glass fiber and wood pulp fiber. Through a gradient pore size design, a 10-micron pore size layer first intercepts larger particles, and then a 2-micron fine filter layer captures tiny impurities. The filtration efficiency for hydraulic oil reaches 99.6%, ensuring that the cleanliness grade of the filtered oil meets the NAS 7 standard.

To adapt to the high-pressure working conditions of heavy machinery hydraulic systems, the filter housing is made of forged aluminum alloy, with a compressive strength of up to 35MPa. It can withstand an impact three times the normal working pressure of the hydraulic system, preventing the housing from cracking under high pressure and causing oil leakage. The built-in bypass valve is designed with pressure adaptive function. When the resistance of the filter material exceeds 0.8MPa, it will automatically open to ensure the normal circulation of hydraulic oil and prevent the system from shutting down due to insufficient oil supply. Meanwhile, the antioxidant components added to the filter material can slow down the aging rate of the hydraulic oil and extend the service life of the oil by 40%.

This product can be widely adapted to the hydraulic systems of equipment such as Sany Heavy Industry's SYL956H loader and Shantui's SD90-5 bulldozer, and is particularly suitable for high-intensity operation scenarios such as construction and earthwork projects. In a large-scale infrastructure project, the failure rate of the hydraulic pump of the loader equipped with this filter dropped from twice a month to once a quarter, and the annual maintenance cost of a single piece of equipment was reduced by more than 50,000 yuan.
