This high-efficiency fuel filter, relying on cutting-edge material science and structural design concepts, builds a multi-level fuel purification defense line, providing stable and reliable fuel cleanliness guarantees for various fuel-powered equipment.
In terms of filter material selection, the product uses high-quality plant fibers from spruce and pine wood in the Nordic cold regions as the basic raw materials. After being processed by a special chemical pulping process, the fiber length can reach 2-3 millimeters. Through wet forming technology, they are interwoven into a dense three-dimensional network structure, like a "micron-level trap", which can precisely capture the tiny particle impurities in the fuel. Based on this, the product innovatively integrates nanofiber composite technology. A layer of polyimide fiber membrane with a diameter of only 0.1 microns is covered on the surface of traditional plant fiber filter paper, significantly increasing the filtration accuracy from the conventional 25 microns to 5 microns while maintaining an excellent air permeability of 80%. After actual measurement, the capture rate of paraffin particles in diesel by this filter material can reach 99.7%, effectively avoiding the problem of paraffin crystals clogging fuel injectors and extending the service life of high-pressure fuel pumps in engines that meet the National VI standards by more than three times.
In terms of structural design, the product adopts an optimized wavy pleated design, which expands the effective filtration area of the filter paper by three times compared to the traditional planar structure. It can capture impurities equivalent to 2.3 times its own weight, significantly enhancing the dust-holding capacity and service life. To address the water issue that is prone to exist in fuel, a built-in centrifugal oil-water separator is installed. By utilizing the 1500G centrifugal force generated by fuel flow, it efficiently separates and discharges water with a density greater than that of fuel. The oil-water separation efficiency can reach 98%, fundamentally solving the problem of fuel system rust and fuel injector malfunctions caused by water. In addition, the surface of the filter paper is coated with a special hydrophobic group layer, which strongly adsorbs viscous impurities such as resins and asphaltenes in the fuel through van der Waals forces. Combined with the built-in activated carbon interlayer, it can also effectively adsorb mercaptans in the fuel, reducing the odor components in the engine exhaust by 60%, balancing environmental protection and user experience.
