Scale, rust and metal impurities in the cooling water can easily cause blockages in the cooling pipelines, leading to over-temperature faults of the equipment. This high-temperature cooling system filter, with "high-temperature resistance, scale prevention and efficient interception" at its core, provides stable protection for the equipment's cooling system.
The filter material is woven from high-temperature resistant ceramic fibers, with an upper temperature resistance limit of up to 300℃. It can be directly adapted to high-temperature cooling water circulation systems. The hydrophilic coating on its surface can accelerate the sedimentation of impurities, and the filtration efficiency for impurities with a particle size of 0.5 microns or more is up to 99%, effectively preventing scale from adhering to the inner walls of the pipeline.
Structurally, it adopts a modular design, allowing multiple filter units to be combined according to the flow requirements of the cooling system. A single device can handle a flow rate of up to 100m³/h, meeting the cooling demands of large continuous casting machines. The shell is made of 316L stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of chloride ions and sulfides in cooling water. Its service life is over 5 years.
The built-in differential pressure sensor can monitor the contamination status of the filter material in real time. The data is transmitted to the equipment control system through a wired connection. When the resistance exceeds the standard, an alarm signal is automatically sent to remind the operator to maintain it in time.
In the application of steel plants, this filter can be matched with the cooling systems of Siemens Steelworks continuous casting machines and Danieli ladle rotary tables, reducing the clogging rate of cooling pipelines from 15% to 2%, minimizing the downtime of equipment caused by cooling issues by 80%, and simultaneously lowering the operating load of cooling water pumps. This can save approximately 80,000 yuan in electricity expenses annually.
