This smart air filter integrates advanced filtration technology with Internet of Things monitoring functions, achieving efficient purification of intake air and precise control of operational status, providing an intelligent and high-quality intake air filtration solution for large industrial blowers.


In terms of filtration performance, the product adopts a gradient filtration structure design. The outer layer is made of coarse filter material, which is polyester fiber needled felt material with a pore size of 20-50 microns. It mainly intercepts large particles of dust, leaves, fibers and other impurities in the air to prevent them from entering subsequent filtration stages. The middle layer is made of medium-efficiency filter material, using ultra-fine glass fiber filter material, with a filtration accuracy of 1-3 microns, which can effectively capture suspended particles and fine dust in the air. The inner layer is made of high-efficiency filter material, using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coated filter material.

 

The filtration accuracy can reach 0.3 microns, and the filtration efficiency for tiny particles exceeds 99.5%, ensuring that the air cleanliness entering the blower meets the operational requirements of the equipment. This gradient filtration design not only enhances the overall filtration efficiency but also intercepts pollutants of different particle sizes at different levels, avoiding the problem of shortened service life of a single filter material due to rapid clogging.

 

Intelligent control is the core highlight of this product, integrating intelligent monitoring and automatic reverse blowing cleaning technologies, and building a complete intelligent operation and maintenance system. The equipment is equipped with high-precision differential pressure sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, and dust concentration sensors, which can monitor key parameters such as the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter, the inlet air temperature, humidity, and the dust concentration in the air in real time. These data are transmitted in real time to the cloud management platform and on-site control cabinet through the Internet of Things module. Operators can remotely view the operating status of the equipment through terminals such as computers and mobile phones, achieving 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring of the filtration system. When the pressure difference reaches the preset threshold, the system automatically determines that the filter material has reached a saturated state and initiates the automatic back-blowing cleaning program.
